What is Gelato?
Better ice cream!
Confetti Gelato’s intense flavors come from all natural ingredients like hand-sliced organic vanilla beans, Belgian chocolates, Italian pistachios and hazelnuts, fresh fruit, coconut milk from Thailand, and pure wildflower honey. No fake syrups. Nothing artificial!
American ice cream typically has 16% or more butterfat. Confetti Gelato has only 2%~8% fat and our dairy-free sorbet are fat-free. As a result, Confetti Gelato also has far fewer calories. So how does it get so rich and creamy?
Confetti Gelato is handcrafted in small batches to add much less air (20% vs more than 50% for the others). This thicker density, lower fat content, and warmer serving temperature come together to create a better ice cream!
Allergy Information
Our gelato and sorbet are produced in equipment that also processes nuts and other potential allergens, but we do take the following precautions to prevent cross-contamination. After sanitizing all equipment each morning, we begin with our dairy-free sorbet to prevent contact with any dairy products. We rinse our equipment thoroughly after producing any gelato containing eggs or gluten. Nut flavors are produced after everything else and peanut always comes last.
