Confetti Gelato’s intense flavors come from all natural ingredients like fresh fruit, hand-sliced organic vanilla beans, Belgian chocolates, Italian pistachios and hazelnuts, coconut milk from Thailand, and pure wildflower honey. No fake syrups. Nothing artificial!

American ice cream typically has 14% or more butterfat. Most Confetti Gelato flavors have only 6% fat and our dairy-free sorbet are fat-free. Because fat has more calories per gram than protein or carbohydrates, Confetti Gelato has about 100 fewer calories in a small serving.
Confetti Gelato is handcrafted in small batches to add half as much air as the big ice cream manufacturers. Our thicker density makes our gelato extra rich and creamy. And a better value! Less air means more of the good stuff (33% more!).
Our gelato and sorbet are produced in equipment that also processes nuts and other potential allergens, but we do take the following precautions to prevent cross-contamination. We rinse our equipment thoroughly after producing any gelato containing eggs or gluten. Nut flavors are produced after the others. Peanuts always comes last.
